Ust. Ridwan Maulana, Lc. salah seorang Alumni Timur Tengah, yang saat ini menjadi Kepala SMK MSBS pernah berada diposisi kita sebelum akhirnya berhasil mewujudkan mimpinya. Apa saja perjuangan yang dilakukan beliau? di Artikel ini kita akan menemukan jawabannya.
Merasakan belajar di ibu kota Mesir tentu menjadi pengalaman berharga bagi Ust. Ridwan Maulana, Lc. Banyak sekali cerita dan kesan selama menempuh study di kairo, Baik itu cerita sedih maupun senang telah dirasakannya. Hingga berkerja di rumah makan Malaysia untuk menopang biaya hidup, juga menjadi warna tersendiri dalam catatan penjuangnya.
“Dulu di bawah tahun 2008, belum ada tes masuk kampus Azhar Via Kementerian Agama Indonesia. Jadi kita harus cari jalan akses sendiri. Salah satu modal penting yaitu memahami bahasa Arab dan memenuhi admintstrasi pengurusan masuk kampus. Insya Allah bisa kuliah.” Ujar beliau.
Menurut Ust. Ridwan, saat ini untuk belajar ke luar negeri banyak kemudahan, bisa melalui jalur mandiri dan atau beasiswa. Disamping itu informasi mengenai beasiswa juga sudah gampang di akses, yang perlu benar-benar disiapkan adalah Skill dan potensi dalam diri kita.
“Intinya jika memiliki keinginan untuk Kuliah diluar Negeri harus memperdalam skill bahasa Arab jika ingin ke Timur Tengah dan bahasa Inggris jika ingin ke Eropa. Modal utama adalah Bahasa dan juga mental yang cukup untuk bisa beradaptasi dengan masyarakat, lingkungan dan juga gaya hidup yang baru.
Menurut Ust. Ridwan, Banyak hal positif jika kita belajar ke luar Negeri. Kita bisamengenal budaya-budaya luar secara langsung, karakteristik penduduknya dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Jika, berbicara keilmuan tergantung kita sendiri, jangankan keluar negeri didalam negeri pun kalau kita fokus Insya Allah kita bisa, begitu pesan beliau.
